I always like to tell visitors to the island that Dominica is closest to what the region used to be like 100 or more years ago than any other island in the region.

Dominica is the only island where the native Kalinago people survived the centuries and still live in their own community apart from the rest of the other inhabitants of the island. I encourage you to visit their village and have a real "Native Experience"

KHATTS TOURS manages the Fort Young Hotel Dive Centre, we offer dive packages, daily diving and snorkeling, whale watching trips are on Sundays and Wednesdays at 2 PM.
